As the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025 approaches, the “Yoga Unplugged” initiative is gaining momentum among youth across India.
The campaign, designed to make yoga more accessible and engaging for young minds, has received enthusiastic support from leading institutions like Kaivalyadhama.
Kaivalyadhama, one of the oldest and most respected yoga institutes, is pioneering the “Yoga for Young Minds” campaign, offering free online access to Common Yoga Protocol training. Their participation in Yoga Connect, a virtual summit featuring renowned yoga experts, further cements the initiative’s goal of making yoga a global movement.
The Ministry of Ayush has announced ten signature events for IDY 2025, including Yoga Sangam, a mass yoga demonstration at 100,000 locations, and Harit Yoga, which blends wellness with environmental efforts. These initiatives are expected to unite millions in a celebration of yoga’s transformative power on June 21, 2025.
With increasing engagement from youth and institutions nationwide, “Yoga Unplugged” is shaping up to be a landmark movement, encouraging a new generation to embrace yoga for holistic health and well-being.
