Vinit Agrawal, a dynamic IPS officer known for his strategic policing and community engagement, officially assumed charge as the Superintendent of Police (SP) of Cuttack today.
He succeeds IPS Prateek Singh, who served the city with distinction and is now transferred to a new posting.
