📌 With 788 Members of Parliament eligible to vote, the Vice-President will be elected through a secret ballot using the proportional representation system by means of the single transferable vote.
This announcement comes after Jagdeep Dhankhar resigned from his position as Vice President on July 21, citing health reasons for stepping down partway through his term.
