Udala: The body of an unidentified man was recovered in Tangana area in Mayurbhanj district on Sunday.
The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. Locals first spotted the body and informed the police. The police reached the spot and seized the body for post-mortem.
While the reason behind the incident was not ascertained, it is suspected that the person might have been murdered. However, the exact cause will be known after the investigation, police said.
A case of unnatural death has been registered in the police station. Further details are awaited.
