TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) has inaugurated a vital 33kV link line, enhancing power stability for over 34,000 consumers in Ganjam district.
This development, which spans 7.565 km between Hatiota Primary Substation (PSS) and Belagaon PSS in Polasara Block, addresses frequent power disruptions caused by the absence of an alternate supply source.
The project faced notable challenges, including pole relocation and conductor installation amidst agricultural and forested terrains, yet TPSODL achieved completion with minimal inconvenience to locals. With the new link line operational, substations can now provide uninterrupted electricity during outages, reinforcing service reliability across the region.
Mr. Amit Kumar Garg, CEO of TPSODL, emphasized the significance of this milestone: “As summer demands rise, this project strengthens infrastructure and ensures electricity stability for the people of Southern Odisha.”
TPSODL remains committed to advancing infrastructure, meeting growing electricity demands, and delivering innovative power solutions.
