Smt Gupta visited the Lord Jagannath temple in Puri.
Accompanied by Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma and Puri’s BJP MP Sambit Patra, she offered prayers at the 12th-century shrine and received a warm welcome from temple officials.
During her visit, CM Gupta paid homage to the sibling deities—Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra, and Subhadra—and explored the temple complex. Expressing her gratitude, she said, “I feel blessed to have had the darshan of Lord Jagannath after assuming the responsibility of Delhi Chief Minister. I prayed for the continued progress of Delhi and the nation under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
This marks her first visit to Puri since taking office, and she emphasized the importance of spiritual strength in guiding her leadership journey.
