To minimise disruption during this brief outage, SBI has advised customers to use UPI Lite for small-value digital transactions or access ATM services for cash withdrawals and balance inquiries.
The country’s largest lender expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience caused to users and thanked them for their cooperation as systems undergo maintenance upgrades.
Customers planning late-night financial transfers are encouraged to complete their transactions before or after the scheduled maintenance window.
