Senior Odisha Secretariat Service (OSS) officer Binod Bihari Singh deployed in the office of Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday.
Singh served as an Under Secretary in the Planning & Convergence Department of the Government of Odisha.
