Priyaranjan Nayak has added another feather to his cap by achieving a new world record. He performed 102 nonstop water push-ups in just 92 seconds, earning recognition in the UN Book of World Records.
Priyaranjan, already known for multiple records, continues to push boundaries. Earlier, he set a world record in London’s Howard by completing 200 clapping push-ups in 7 minutes 38 seconds. He also achieved the India Star World Record with 305 push-ups in 91 minutes 48 seconds, and the Forever Star World Record with 324 push-ups in 14 minutes 30 seconds. Additionally, he secured an Asian record by performing 55 push-ups in 30 seconds.
In February 2024, in Jharkhand, Priyaranjan created another milestone under the IDBRUAR Foundation by completing 505 push-ups in 30 minutes. His latest achievement in water push-ups further cements his reputation as a relentless performer.
Priyaranjan hails from Rasanpur village under the Sambalpur Municipal Corporation. He attributes his success to hard work and determination, stating that perseverance always leads to achievement. His journey inspires many young athletes across Odisha and beyond, proving that discipline and dedication can turn extraordinary goals into reality.
