Raja Festival: CP Warns Of Strict Action Against Violation Of COVID Guidelines

Bhubaneswar: Twin City Police Commissioner Saumyendra Kumar Priyadarsi on Thursday warned denizens of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack of strict action for any violation of the COVID-19 guidelines during the Raja festival. The CP further stated that hops found breaking the rules will be sealed and businessmen may face arrest. A special drive will be launched from today to curb the violations. Police officers have been directed to intensify patrolling in the two cities. Stringent action will be taken against anyone found violating the rules, the CP added.
