Rayagada: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to lay the foundation stone for the Rayagada Railway Division today via video conferencing. This significant event marks a major step towards enhancing connectivity and fostering economic growth in southern Odisha.
The virtual ceremony, scheduled to commence at 12:30 PM, will be attended by several dignitaries, including Odisha Governor Dr. K. Hari Babu and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. The establishment of the Rayagada Railway Division is expected to improve rail connectivity in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and nearby regions, thereby contributing to the overall socio-economic development of these areas.
