Tollywood star Allu Arjun visited KIMS Hospital in Begumpet, Hyderabad, to meet Sri Teja, the young boy who was critically injured during the tragic stampede at Sandhya Theatre. The incident occurred on December 4, 2024, during the premiere of Arjun’s highly anticipated film, “Pushpa 2: The Rule.”
Dressed in a green sweater and black pants, Allu Arjun was seen entering the hospital premises, accompanied by his team. The actor’s visit was marked by tight security to ensure the safety and privacy of both the star and the hospital staff.
During his visit, Allu Arjun spent time with Sri Teja and his family, offering words of comfort and support. The young boy, who had been on a ventilator for several weeks following the incident, has shown signs of recovery, much to the relief of his family and well-wishers. Arjun also spoke with the doctors to get an update on Sri Teja’s condition and assured the family of his continued support.
The tragic incident at Sandhya Theatre resulted in the death of a woman named Revathi, Sri Teja’s mother, and left the boy in critical condition. The chaos ensued when a large crowd gathered to catch a glimpse of Allu Arjun, who waved to his fans from the sunroof of his car.
Allu Arjun’s visit to the hospital comes amidst ongoing legal proceedings related to the incident. The actor has been granted regular bail by the Nampally Court and has been complying with the conditions set by the court, including attending the police station as part of the bail process.
