Officials stated that these incidents are not isolated. Similar bomb threats previously targeted courts in Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and Gujarat. In Gujarat, one email threatened to destroy a court building, raising suspicions of a larger conspiracy.
Cyber cell teams began tracing the origin of the threatening emails. Investigators examined IP addresses and technical details to identify the culprits. Police sources confirmed that the probe continues, with security tightened across multiple courts nationwide.
In Odisha, three courts—Cuttack District Judge Court, Deogarh Court, and Sambalpur Court—also received bomb threats today. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi ordered a probe and directed senior officials to monitor the situation closely.
