1.A 73 years old Male of Angul District who was also suffering from Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension & Diabetes Mellitus.
2.A 55 years old Male of Balasore District.
3.A 86 years old Female of Balasore District who was also suffering from Hypertension.
4.A 72 years old Male of Balasore District.
5.A 70 years old Female of Balasore District.
6.A 92 years old Male of Balasore District who was also suffering from Hypertension.
7.A 49 years old Male of Balasore District who was also suffering from Hypertension.
8.A 40 years old Female of Baragarh District who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease.
9.A 85 years old Male of Bhadrak District.
10.A 21 days years old Male Child of Bhadrak District who was also suffering from Prematurity & Low birth weight.
11.A 77 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension, Parkinson’s Disease.
12.A 86 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension & Diabetes Mellitus.
13.A 72 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Old Fracture Right Ankle, Dementia, Psychosis.

23.A 38 years old Female of Nabarangapur District who was also suffering from Hypertension.
24.A 66 years old Male of Puri District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Cerebro Vascular Accident & Chronic Kidney Disease.
