The General Administration & Public Grievance Department of the Government of Odisha has issued a fresh notification announcing the transfer and posting of senior IAS officers to key administrative roles.
The reshuffle, dated September 12, 2025, is part of the state’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and optimize departmental leadership.
According to Notification No. PTI-GAD-SER1-ESTICO31-2016-312311/AIS.1, the following appointments have been made:
- Shri Vijay Amruta Kulange, IAS (RR-2013), currently Managing Director of OMFED and holding additional charge as Director, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, has now been formally appointed as Director, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Odisha, Cuttack. He will continue to hold the additional charge of MD, OMFED.
- Shri Premjit Nayak, IAS (SCS-2014), previously Director, AYUSH, has been appointed as Additional Secretary to Government, ST & SC Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department.
- Smt. Anjana Panda, IAS (SCS-2015), serving as Additional Secretary to Government, Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department, has been posted as Director, AYUSH, Bhubaneswar.
- Ms. P. Anvesha Reddy, IAS (RR-2017), currently Excise Commissioner, Odisha, will continue to hold additional charge as Inspector General of Registration, Odisha, Cuttack.
