The Odisha Government has announced that Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will hear public grievances on May 19, 2025 (Monday) from 8:00 AM at Unit-2, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar (near Capital Nursery).

This initiative aims to address the concerns of citizens and improve governance through direct engagement.

The online registration process for this event will commence on May 16, 2025, allowing a maximum of 1000 participants to register. Citizens who wish to present their grievances to the Chief Minister must register via the Public Hearing Portal () or the Jana Sunani mobile application. Registered individuals must bring their acknowledgement letter, a valid personal identity card, and a written complaint to participate.

The hearing underscores the government’s commitment to responsive administration and ensures that citizens have a platform to voice their concerns.
