Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi emphasised the collective responsibility of citizens in protecting lives and ensuring financial security.
Speaking at a public gathering, he underscored the importance of security and service as a national duty.

Majhi urged the youth to step forward and volunteer for civil defence organisations, reinforcing the spirit of nationalism and preparedness. He encouraged young citizens to take proactive steps in safeguarding the nation and its people, fostering a stronger commitment to service.
His appeal comes as Odisha continues to strengthen its civil defence infrastructure, training individuals to assist in emergencies and contribute to national security efforts.
