The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG) 2025 was successfully conducted today, August 3, 2025, by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) — an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India.
The exam was held in a single shift on a computer-based platform across 301 cities and 1,052 test centres, with participation from over 2.42 lakh candidates.
According to officials, this marks India’s largest-ever computer-based examination in terms of candidate participation to be conducted in a single shift.
