New Delhi: Phone maker Micromax made a comeback to the smartphone industry in India in November 2020 with the IN Note 1, and the company is all set to launch its successor next week, dubbed Micromax IN Note 2. The Micromax IN Note 2 will be introduced on January 25 and will be sold exclusively through Flipkart.
The company has shared a short teaser video showcasing its design. The teaser gives us the first look at the In Note 2, revealing a punch-hole display with narrow bezels on three sides and a fairly large chin.
It reveals that the Micromax IN Note 2 will have a punch-hole display with narrow bezels on three sides along with a dazzling glass finish. The Micromax In Note 1 features a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a maximum brightness of 450 nits and a 21:9 aspect ratio.
The device will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 processor. It will come in 6GB and 8GB of RAM configurations. The handset will be available in two storage variants; 64GB and 128GB. The upcoming IN Note 2 smartphone will boot Android 11.
In terms of optics, the rear camera module on the IN Note 2 houses a quad-camera setup including a 48-megapixel primary sensor. For selfies, the IN Note 2 will offer a 16-megapixel front camera. The rear camera setup is reminiscent of the Samsung Galaxy S21 camera module.
