Excise officials uncovered a mega illegal liquor case in Daruthenga early this morning.
A staggering 9510 litres of ID liquor, valued at Rs. 19,02,000, was seized during the operation.
Alongside the liquor, officials also confiscated three four-wheelers and one two-wheeler, identified as a Scorpio, Mahindra Pick-Up, WagonR, and Apache motorcycle—suspected to have been used in the illegal transportation of liquor.
Excise authorities have urged all concerned individuals to report to the Sabarsahi Excise Office for further investigation and necessary action.
