Jr NTR’s latest vacation photo from Dubai has stirred up a wave of online chatter — from the price of his designer shirt to concerns over his noticeable weight loss.

While the actor is known for maintaining a fit physique ever since his transformation for SS Rajamouli’s Yamadonga (2007), his recent slimmed-down appearance has surprised many fans.

A viral picture shows the RRR star in a sleek blue ETRO shirt reportedly worth ₹85,000, paired with black pants, posing with hotel staff in Dubai. While some fans admired his style, others speculated about his sudden weight loss.

Comments ranged from concerned to speculative. “What happened to Jr NTR – any health issues?” asked one Reddit user. Others jokingly dubbed him “Jr. Ozempic,” referencing the weight loss drug, while some expressed nostalgia for his older, fuller look: “We want chubby tiger back!”

However, loyal fans were quick to defend him. “A man can’t even lose weight now without people cooking up theories,” one supporter wrote. Another pointed out that Jr NTR could be slimming down for a role, particularly in his upcoming projects, including War 2 with Hrithik Roshan, or his next film with Prashanth Neel.

Jr NTR was last seen in Devara: Part 1 alongside Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. Despite mixed reviews, the film became one of the highest-grossing Indian releases of the year. He is all set to make his Bollywood debut in War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji, and will soon begin shooting for his next venture with Prashanth Neel.

Whether for health or a character transformation, fans agree on one thing — Jr NTR is always committed to his craft.
