Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has issued a stern warning to Gulf countries, urging them not to permit their territories to be used for US or Israeli military operations. He emphasised that such actions would destabilise the region and hinder development.
Pezeshkian reiterated that Iran does not initiate preemptive strikes but will respond decisively if its infrastructure or economic centres are attacked. The warning comes amid escalating tensions, with Iranian state media claiming strikes on US positions in Dubai and the Pentagon reportedly considering deploying troops from the 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East.
Iranian officials have cautioned that the region could become a “graveyard” for American soldiers, underscoring the growing risk of confrontation in West Asia.
