Bhubaneswar: Police seized 390 litres of Indian liquor near Dadha Sani temple under Nandankanan police limits in Bhubaneswar on Thursday and arrested one person in this connection.
The accused has been identified as Hrushikesh Jena (54) of Padasahi.
Based on intelligence, a team of cops under the direction of the Officer in Charge of the Nandankanan police station conducted a raid at the Dadha Sani temple area and seized the liquor which was being transferred in a car. Police also seized Rs 1500 from the possession of the accused. The accused has been arrested.
