The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, in collaboration with the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI), has unveiled the shortlisted finalists for the “Make the World Wear Khadi” challenge.
This creative competition, part of the upcoming World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025, received an overwhelming response with over 750 entries from creative professionals across the country.
The shortlisted candidates, representing prestigious advertising agencies like DDB Mudra Group, Havas Worldwide India, and Interactive Avenues, have been lauded for their strategic thinking and innovative campaigns. These campaigns celebrate Khadi as a sustainable and innovative fabric, emphasizing its cultural, economic, and environmental significance on a global stage.
The grand finale of the challenge, along with the announcement of winners, will take place at the WAVES Summit 2025 in Mumbai from May 1 to 4, bringing together policymakers, global leaders, and industry professionals from the Media & Entertainment sector.
