With passenger demand surging ahead of the weekend, East Coast Railway has stepped up with a timely solution.
A special one-way express train will roll out from Bhubaneswar to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (Mumbai) to give travellers much-needed breathing room and a comfortable journey.
Train No. 08407 Bhubaneswar–Lokmanya Tilak Special Express will depart Bhubaneswar at 23:00 hrs on Friday, 26 June 2026 and reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 09:00 hrs on Sunday, 28 June 2026.
The special service will make convenient halts at Naraj Marthapur, Dhenkanal, Angul, Sambalpur, Balangir, Titlagarh, Raipur, Gondia, Nagpur, Bhusaval, Kalyan, Talcher Road, Bargarh Road, Kantabanji, Khariar Road, Mahasamund, Durg, Badnera, Akola and Nashik Road — ensuring easy boarding and deboarding for passengers across Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra.
Passengers can look forward to a well-equipped rake featuring:
- 3 AC 2-Tier coaches
- 4 AC 3-Tier coaches
- 9 Sleeper Class coaches
- 2 Luggage-cum-Generator-cum-Brake Vans with Divyang-friendly facilities
