In a significant administrative development, the Government of Odisha has announced the transfer of Dr. Lalatendu Sahoo, OAS (SAG), from his position as General Manager of the Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) in Bhubaneswar.
The notification, issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department on August 21, appoints Dr. Sahoo as the Personal Secretary to the Honourable Governor of Odisha.
