Dhenkanal: Chinmay Das, husband of Samita member candidate in Sankulei panchayat, who had gone missing, rescued in unconscious state under a bridge near Bajichowk under Town PS Dhenkanal.
He has been admitted to DHH in a critical condition.
Notably, Chinmay Das, husband of Samiti member candidate Bharati Rath had gone to a nearby village but did not return home. His mobile phone was also found switched off.
Family members lodged a police complaint of kidnapping when they trace the scooter on the road with blood strains on the handle and footrest.
