A shocking murder case, involving the recovery of a young man’s body from a cashew forest, has been solved by the Odisha Police within just two days.
The incident took place in Mahabirod village, Dhenkanal district. The victim, Lulu Dehuri, was last seen during a local festival and later found dead under suspicious circumstances.
After an intense investigation, police arrested the main suspect, Jugal Dehuri, from the same village. Initial inquiries revealed allegations of an extramarital affair involving the victim and the suspect’s wife.
Driven by anger, Jugal reportedly confessed to the crime, leading the police to seize the weapon and recreate the murder scene.
