Delhi court extends Arvind Kejriwal’s judicial custody till July 25 in case registered by CBI



New Delhi: Delhi Rouse Avenue Court extends the judicial custody of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal till July 25 in the case registered by the CBI regarding the alleged irregularities in formation and implementation of the now scrapped Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22.

The Supreme Court, while granting interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case, observed that mere interrogation doesn’t allow any agency to arrest the accused.
