In a significant move to revitalise its grassroots network, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) has announced the appointment of presidents for 35 district and urban Congress committees across Odisha.
The decisions, cleared by Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) President Bhakta Charan Das, form a key part of the party’s ongoing organisational rebuilding campaign. AICC observers had conducted extensive surveys in every district, submitting detailed reports that informed these selections.
