The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a chargesheet in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case before the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi, naming 13 individuals.
Among them are three National Testing Agency (NTA) subject experts — Manisha Mandhare (Biology), Pralhad Vithalrao Kulkarni (Chemistry), and Manisha Sanjay Havaldar (Physics).
The chargesheet also lists middlepersons and coaching institute figures, including Manisha Sanjay Waghmare, Dhananjay Nivrutti Lokhande, Shubham Madhukar Khairnar, Yash Yadav, Mangilal Biwal, Vikash Biwal, Dinesh Biwal, Dr. Manoj Bhagwanrao Shirure, Shivraj Raghunath Motegoankar of RCC Coaching Institute (Latur), and Tejas Harshadkumar Shah of APMA Coaching Institute (Pune).
All 13 accused are currently in judicial custody. The case underscores growing concerns over exam integrity and the role of coaching networks in malpractice.
