In a strategic move ahead of the 71-Nuapada Assembly Constituency bye-election, the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has deployed key party leaders to oversee campaign operations across Nuapada Block, Komna Block, and Khariar Road NAC.
The directive, signed by BJD President Naveen Patnaik, assigns seven leaders to Nuapada Block, three each to Komna Block, and Khariar Road NAC.
