Odisha Vigilance on Friday arrested S Partha Sarathi Bisoi, ADEO of Batasana Gram Panchayat under Kotpad block in Koraput district for possessing disproportionate assets.
Based on searches conducted on the properties of S. Partha Sarathi Bisoi, he was found in possession of disproportionate assets including 3 buildings, 16 plots, one cashew processing unit of an area over 8500 Sqft, gold 285 gms, cash Rs.2.45 lakhs, 3 tractors, 1 Bolero, etc, which he could not explain satisfactorily.
Following this, Bisoi has been placed under arrest by Odisha Vigilance and will be forwarded today to the court for possession of disproportionate assets.
In this connection, Koraput Vigilance PS case No. 3/2025 has been registered against Bisoi.
