Bhubaneswar: A woman sustained injuries after being allegedly attacked by miscreants at VIP Colony of Nayapalli in Odisha Capital, Bhubaneswar.
As per available reports, the woman was attacked with knife by miscreants in suspected loot bid here. The victim sustained grievous cut injuries on the neck and has been admitted to the hospital.
On being informed, police reached the spot and began a probe. Reportedly, the incident is captured in CCTV cameras installed here.
The incident, that emerged while the lockdown restrictions are still in force, has raised several questions regarding the rising crime rate in the city.
