Bigg Boss OTT Season 3 star Armaan Malik is back in the headlines as he and his second wife, Kritika Malik, announce they are expecting a child amid an ongoing legal controversy involving his first wife, Payal Malik.
The announcement was shared through a joint Instagram post by Armaan, Kritika, and Payal, where Kritika is seen holding a positive pregnancy test, while Payal stands beside her. The caption read: “Ghar mai khushiyaan aane wali hain. [Happiness is about to come home.]”
Armaan is already a father of four children, sharing son Chirayu and twins Ayaan and Tuba with Payal, and son Zaid with Kritika. The post did not specify which wife is expecting the new addition.
The family is currently facing legal trouble. A Patiala district court has issued summons in two separate cases, asking all three to appear on September 2. The complaint, filed by Davinder Rajput, alleges that Armaan has four marriages, which violates the Hindu Marriage Act. The petition also cited a video of Payal dressed as Goddess Kali, claiming it hurt religious sentiments.
In response to prior criticism, Armaan and Payal had visited Kali temples in Patiala and Kharar, offering prayers and performing penance. They also met Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Kailashanand Giri in Haridwar to seek forgiveness. During this period, Payal’s health reportedly deteriorated, requiring hospitalisation in Mohali.
The controversy continues to generate public interest as the couple navigates legal and personal developments.
