The Puri Police has issued an advisory informing devotees that public darshan at the Jagannath Temple will remain temporarily suspended on Friday, September 4, 2026, during the Bhadraba Krushna Ashtami observance.
According to the notice, the Krushna Janma Niti will be conducted inside the Shreemandir premises, and devotees will not be allowed entry during the ceremony. The restriction will be in effect from 7 PM to 12 AM, until the completion of the ritual.
