Jharsuguda Police arrested a 20-year-old man from Supaul district in Bihar for allegedly harassing a woman through fake social media accounts and obscene content.
The accused, identified as Mohammad Rasid of Sonak village, created a fake Instagram account in the victim’s name and uploaded obscene photos as her profile picture.
