New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the eighth edition of his flagship initiative, Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, at Sunder Nursery in New Delhi. The event, designed to ease exam stress and promote a balanced approach to learning, attracted a record turnout of students, teachers, and parents.
Broadcast live across multiple platforms, PM Modi offered insights on effective exam preparation, stress management, and personal growth. His engaging address resonated with young audiences nationwide, with many students sharing how the session helped them stay motivated and focused on their academic goals.
A standout moment of the event was when Akanksha, a student from Kerala, recited a poem before the Prime Minister, describing the experience as both joyful and uplifting. PM Modi emphasized that while academic performance is important, one must not let low grades or external distractions overshadow personal aspirations. Drawing a parallel with cricket, he noted, “A batsman ignores the crowd and distractions to focus solely on the ball,” urging students to channel their energy towards their goals.
In addition to academic advice, the Prime Minister underscored the importance of physical well-being during exam periods. He stressed that adequate sleep, proper nutrition, and even morning sunlight are vital for maintaining health and energy. His recommendations on incorporating millet and vegetables into daily diets further highlighted his focus on holistic wellness.
This year’s Pariksha Pe Charcha featured 36 students from diverse government schools, including Kendriya Vidyalayas, Sainik Schools, Eklavya Model Residential Schools, and Navodaya Vidyalayas. The event is set to continue with seven more episodes featuring renowned personalities such as Deepika Padukone, Sadhguru, Mary Kom, Vikrant Massey, and Rujuta Diwekar, who will share their expertise on managing exam pressures and fostering a positive mindset.
As Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 unfolds, it stands as a testament to the power of positive reinforcement and the importance of nurturing both academic excellence and overall well-being among India’s youth.
