Four miscreants looted three temples in Patia, Bhubaneswar, escaping with gold, silver ornaments and hundi collections worth lakhs of rupees.

The thefts occurred at Sikharachandi, Kanakdurga, Nilakantheswar and temples. The gang entered the temple premises at night, broke open donation boxes and carried away ornaments and valuables. Devotees discovered the loot and immediately informed the police.

CCTV footage captured four men committing the crime. The visuals clearly show their movements and faces. Police teams are analysing the footage to identify the culprits.

Infocity police reached the spot and began an investigation. Officers confirmed that the loot appeared pre-planned. Based on CCTV evidence, police launched raids to trace and arrest the gang. Officials assured that arrests will follow soon.
