Consumers can now book domestic LPG cylinders from home using several convenient methods offered by oil marketing companies.
The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas announced that Bharatgas, Indane, and HP Gas provide multiple digital platforms to simplify the process.
Customers can book LPG refills through WhatsApp, SMS, IVRS, mobile applications, and official websites. These options eliminate the need to visit distributors or wait in queues, ensuring faster and more efficient service. Bharatgas users can access services via the Hello BPCL app or the company’s website. Indane customers can use the Indian Oil One app or its online portal. HP Gas consumers can rely on the HP Pay app or the official HP Gas website.

The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to improving consumer convenience and promoting digital adoption in essential services. With WhatsApp numbers and missed call facilities available for each company, even consumers with limited internet access can book cylinders easily.
The availability of these platforms marks a significant step toward modernising LPG distribution. Consumers across the country now enjoy seamless booking experiences, reinforcing the importance of technology in everyday life.
