Popular social media influencer Chinnu Pappu, 24, was found dead in her rented quarters on Wednesday afternoon.
Police confirmed she was discovered hanging inside the accommodation. She was rushed to the hospital but declared dead on arrival.
Officials carried out preliminary examinations and reported no signs of foul play. Early findings suggest suicide, though the investigation remains ongoing. Police have registered a case and are examining her phone and personal belongings.
Sources indicated she had been struggling with personal and family-related issues, and investigators believe mental distress may have contributed to the incident. The body was shifted for postmortem, after which it will be handed over to her family.
