The Odisha Chief Minister’s public grievance redressal session is scheduled for next Monday, January 5, 2026.

The event will allow citizens to directly present their complaints and concerns to the Chief Minister, fostering greater accessibility and transparency in governance.

The hearing will commence at 10 AM at the former Government Primary School premises in Unit-2, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar, located near the Capital Nursery. This initiative, organised by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department, aims to address a wide range of public issues, ensuring swift resolution where possible.

Online registration for the session will open on December 31, 2025, at 11 AM and will continue until a maximum of 1,000 slots are filled. Interested citizens can register via the Janasunani portal or the dedicated mobile application to secure an appointment for a face-to-face interaction with the Chief Minister.

Participants are required to bring their registration acknowledgement receipt, a valid personal identification document, and a copy of their grievance letter. They must arrive at the specified venue on time to present their cases directly.

This public hearing underscores the state government’s commitment to citizen-centric administration, providing a platform for ordinary people to voice their grievances without bureaucratic hurdles.

The department has urged eligible individuals to register promptly to avoid missing out on the limited slots. For more details, citizens can visit the official Janasunani portal or contact the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
