Nick and Priyanka’s Love Story
Their relationship began in 2016 when Nick famously messaged Priyanka on X (formerly Twitter), saying, “I’m hearing from a few mutual friends that we should meet.” They met in person at the Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party in 2017, and their romance grew quickly. Nick proposed in July 2018 during a trip to Crete, Greece.
In December that year, the couple tied the knot in grand Hindu and Christian ceremonies at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. They welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, via surrogacy in January 2022.
Upcoming Projects
Nick will soon resume touring with the Jonas Brothers for their Your Hometown Tour, with performances lined up in Wichita, Fort Worth, New Orleans, Montreal, Hamilton, Manchester, and more, before concluding on December 22 in Brooklyn, New York.
Priyanka is set to return to Indian cinema in 2027 with SS Rajamouli’s Varanasi, in which she plays Mandakini. The film also stars Mahesh Babu as Rudhra and Prithviraj Sukumaran as Kumbha, the antagonist. The teaser suggests elements of time travel, while Rajamouli has confirmed that Mahesh Babu will appear as Lord Rama in one sequence.
She also has the action drama The Bluff slated for release in 2026, along with upcoming chapters of the Russo Brothers’ spy thriller series Citadel.
