Smt. Surama Padhy, Speaker of the Odisha Legislative Assembly, visited AIIMS Bhubaneswar and actively participated in the Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar campaign.
The initiative, led by AIIMS Bhubaneswar, aims to promote preventive health screenings for women, focusing on hypertension and non-communicable diseases (NCDs). During her visit, the Speaker herself underwent health screening and interacted with both beneficiaries and healthcare professionals.
Dr. Ashutosh Biswas, Executive Director of AIIMS Bhubaneswar, welcomed the Speaker and praised her involvement:
