The Armed Forces will host the Combined Commanders’ Conference (CCC) 2025 in Kolkata, West Bengal, from September 15 to 17.
The Prime Minister will inaugurate the high-level event, which will also be attended by the Raksha Mantri, National Security Advisor, Raksha Rajya Mantri, Chief of Defence Staff, Defence Secretary, and senior officials from various ministries.
This year’s theme, “Year of Reforms – Transforming for the Future,” reflects the Armed Forces’ commitment to institutional reform, technological modernization, and multi-domain operational readiness. The conference will focus on three core pillars: Reforms, Transformation & Change, and Operational Preparedness.
CCC 2025 will feature interactive sessions with officers and personnel from all ranks, ensuring that field-level insights inform strategic discussions. The deliberations aim to strengthen the Armed Forces’ agility and decisiveness in an increasingly complex geo-strategic environment.
As the apex-level brainstorming forum of the Armed Forces, the CCC brings together India’s top civil and military leadership to exchange views on national security, defense strategy, and future capabilities.
