The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced it will publish the official answer keys, raw scores, and normalisation methodology for NEET PG 2025.
This decision follows a Supreme Court directive dated April 29, 2025, mandating public access to evaluation details for multi-shift exams.
Held on August 3 across 301 cities and 1,052 test centres, NEET PG 2025 saw participation from over 2.42 lakh candidates. Until now, NBEMS had withheld answer keys, citing concerns over exam content misuse. However, the apex court’s ruling in SLP No. 9298 of 2018 has prompted a paradigm shift.
Candidates will be able to access their individual responses and scorecards starting August 29 via a dedicated online portal. NBEMS clarified that the answer keys will align with a master question paper set, ensuring consistency despite randomised question sequences.
This move is expected to restore trust in the evaluation process and set a precedent for future national-level exams. By embracing transparency, NBEMS reinforces its commitment to fairness and accountability in medical education.
