A youth from Singabadi village under Golanthara police limits in Berhamapur was fatally attacked late Sunday night in a shocking display of violence, suspected to stem from a past enmity.
The attackers allegedly used a sharp weapon to inflict grievous injuries.
The victim, whose identity is yet to be officially disclosed, was immediately rushed to MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Brahmapur. Despite all medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
