The Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell at Unit-II, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar, will remain closed on Monday, June 30, according to an official release from the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
The temporary closure, attributed to “unavoidable reasons,” will affect citizens who had scheduled grievance hearings on the said date. The department assured that all online-registered grievances for June 30 will be taken up during the next public hearing.
“The date for the rescheduled hearing will be communicated to the public via newspapers and other media,” the statement added.
The CM’s Grievance Cell serves as a crucial platform for citizens to raise their concerns directly with the Chief Minister’s office. Its temporary closure underscores the importance of timely public notification and adaptive grievance redressal mechanisms.
