New Delhi: After Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, World number one Novak Djokovic has now pulled out himself from participating in the ATP Miami Open.
“I decided to use this precious time at home to stay with my family,” Djokovic said in a statement.
“With all restrictions, I need to find balance in my time on tour and at home.”
The 33-year-old Serbian star won his 18th Grand Slam singles crown and ninth Australian Open singles title last month.
The tournament begins on Tuesday, with only 750 fans allowed on the grounds per session.
