New Delhi: In an exciting development for hockey enthusiasts across India, Doordarshan (DD) has partnered with the Hockey India League (HIL) to broadcast the 2024-25 season.
This season is particularly special as it marks the debut of the Women’s Hockey India League alongside the men’s competition.
The league is set to commence on December 28, 2024, with matches being held in Rourkela and Ranchi. The men’s league will feature eight teams, while the inaugural women’s league will see four teams competing for the title.

The men’s league will run from December 28, 2024, to February 1, 2025, while the women’s league will take place from January 12 to January 26, 2025.
